Allerbling allergy wrist bands
Great looking bracelets for kids and adults to wear if they are allergic to foods. The band can come alone, or loaded with 8 different 'bling' which include all the common allergens, including wheat. They have just created a "gluten free" bling to add, too.
Created by concerned parents: allerbling.com
There was a recent study in the UK that found that many adults don't consider food allergies a serious condition and often label worried parents' behavior negatively. This lack of understanding of the actual risks involved for kids with severe allergies makes it even more important to have consistent tools and strategies to remind adults and peers of the risks of exposure at school, playdates, sporting events, and birthday parties.

The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network
We walk to find a cure for food allergies and to fund research and education programs.
We walk to increase awareness of food allergy and the effect it has on a community.
We walk to provide understanding, hope, and an opportunity for a child with food allergy to simply be a child.
We walk to save a life!
Over the years, FAAN has been at the forefront of progress in food allergy research. Findings from research studies have been used to change federal and state laws, improve school policies, raise public awareness, improve the daily lives of individuals with food allergy, and provide education for patients, caregivers, and health professionals.
