We are pleased to announce that Portland will finally be getting a dedicated gluten free retail bakery. On Saturday March 8th New Cascadia TraditionalTM “The Gluten Free Artisans”TM will be opening a retail outlet in NW Portland. All breads, pastries and cookies will be baked fresh daily in our dedicated gluten free facility and delivered to our retail location. We will have all of the favorite gluten free breads, pastries and cookies that many of you enjoyed at last year’s farmers markets.
