Hi Melody! If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page you'll see information on our meetings. They are open to the public and there is no need to sign up... just show up! You are welcome to bring anyone you like (they don't even need to be gluten intolerant). Also they're free.
We do have a newsletter that we send out quarterly that helps support our medical outreach program* and have fun events like the Food Fair. There's no obligation to sign up for it but there's a lot of valuable information in it and it's only $10 a year.
*If you share your physicians information we will send them information on CD so they will have a better understanding of your condition.
Hope to see you at the next meeting (in June) or the Food Fair in May!
