Know we know that this year's chef to plate campaign was a huge success? You can see the evaluation on our website at www.gluten.net/events.php This campaign was run at no cost to the participating restaurants and campaign leaders. GIG absorbed the cost of the materials and postage. This cost can run as high as $10,000.
Please consider donating to, or raising funds for GIG to cover the cost of next year's campaign. We are expecting even more restaurants to participate next year.
Start thinking about volunteering for next year. We can use all the Campaign Leaders we can get. Let's get even more single-location or small chains next year!
