Our next Portland metro Gluten Intolerance Group meeting is on Saturday, February 13th, 10am - 12pm, in room 1075 at Emanuel Hospital. Enter through the main North entrance and find us just to the left of the information/admitting desk. Veer left past the fish tank and up the short flight of stairs. The room in on the left. Everyone is welcome to attend.
This meeting we are happy to welcome Teresa, co-founder of New Cascadia Traditional: the gluten-free artisans. She will share with us her journey on how she became the co-owner of Portland's own dedicated gluten-free bakery, and share samples of their tasty wares.
