Hello, I just came across your blog last night. Thanks. I love the name, wish I had thought of it myself.....! I currently live in Corvallis, but come to Portland a lot and will move back when my job is over in a couple of years. It is so cool to see all of the blogs springing up for people with sprue and others who need to be gf in Portland. I was diagnosed 9 years ago, and while there were some baked goods on grocery shelves that were gf, most restaurants met my request for a gf meal with a "huh?" expression. Corvallis has a gf bakery of our own, but sorry to say it's not as good as New Cascadia, which I raid every time I come to Portland.

Again, thanks for this blog. I'll be checking in frequently!
